About The Trainer

Jacob Swodeck is a pure trainer with twelve years of public speaking experience and has been negotiating short sales for over 10 years. For the first 5 years he managed a high volume state-wide short sale negotiating company. He currently is working on over 200 short sales and has personally negotiated over 500 successful short sales in the Southern California area. He continues to coach agents in short sales who are enjoying great success.

As a real estate agent in the trenches, Jacob has met hundreds of struggling home owners and licensed real estate agents who don't know enough about short sales.
